Deborah Stone

Outstanding Collaboration—String Theory

A native New Yorker, Deborah has been a dancer, actress, and singer on the East and West coasts, performed in a Broadway musical, and was a “Las Vegas”–style showgirl in New York City and Dallas. She sang at Rose Hall / Jazz at Lincoln Center as part of the 2024 New York Cabaret Convention and so far has performed String Theory five times in New York City. Stone entered the world of cabaret in 2016. She has performed in New York City at The Beach Café, Pangea, The Metropolitan Room, The Triad, Don’t Tell Mama, The Laurie Beechman Theater, and The Green Room 42.

In Kansas City she played at The American Jazz Museum’s Blue Room. She has also performed her solo guitar show, Take Me Back: Joan, Joni, Dylan and Others, in New York City and nationally.
